Mowing and Cleanup
Cut, edge, trim, weed, and blow the hard surfaces clean. We skip a mow when the weather says to, instead of tearing up a wet lawn.
Veteran owned · Citrus County & surrounding areas
Weekly or biweekly mowing, plus pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and storm cleanup when the property needs more than a cut.
We offer weekly or biweekly service. Price depends on the size of the property and the time it takes. Basic service includes mow and edge when the weather allows, weeding as needed, basic trimming as needed, and blowing walkways, patios, decks, and the driveway. Weed treatment and fertilizer treatment can be added to a regular visit.
Commercial properties and apartment complexes are by estimate. This is one part of our services. For a new install, see landscape construction. For trees, see tree services.

Dingy siding and a driveway gone grey from mold are curb-appeal problems. We wash the exterior and clean concrete so the color you remember comes back.
Clogged gutters and debris after a storm. We also take on maintenance for commercial properties and apartment complexes. Ask for an estimate for those.
A small yard can stay tidy with a mower and a hose. Pressure, ladders, and a lawn that takes half a day are when you call us.
In Florida heat, a slightly taller cut shades the soil. Mow when the grass is dry. Never take off more than about a third of the blade in one pass. If you missed two weeks, raise the deck and take it down over two cuts.
A clean line along the sidewalk is what makes a mow look finished. Blow the clippings off walks, the driveway, and the patio so they do not stain or get tracked inside. Leave the clippings on the lawn.
After a rain, weeds come up roots and all. Pull them from beds before they seed. Do not spray the whole lawn "just in case." Weed treatment on a schedule is something we can add. A blanket of weed killer on a hot day burns grass.
More is not greener. It burns the lawn and washes into the street. Use the rate on the bag, keep granules off the sidewalk and the driveway, and water them in. Sweep any spill back onto the grass, not into the storm drain.
Light dirt on siding comes off with a garden hose and a soft brush. A pressure washer on high forces water behind the wall, under the shingles, and into window seals. If the house is gray with mildew, that wash is ours.
Loose sand and leaves come off with a broom. A stiff brush and a little dish soap handle light grime. Do not mix bleach with ammonia or with any cleaner you cannot name. A driveway that has turned dull grey usually needs a real concrete cleaning, not another bottle of bleach.
A scoop on a pole can pull leaves from a low gutter while your feet stay on the ground. Do not climb onto the roof, and do not lean a ladder on the gutter. If you cannot reach it without leaving the ground, call us.
If a mow takes more than a couple of hours, the property is commercial or an apartment complex, or a storm left debris you cannot move, that is a maintenance route, not a Saturday. Send the address with your estimate request.
Want this on a schedule instead? Back to all services, or send the property details with your estimate request.
Tell us the property size and whether you want weekly or biweekly. We will price the time, and you can add weed or fertilizer treatment if you want it.
